Two Industry Veterans form new firm, 4Cable TV, Inc. and Purchase the Assets, and Designs of Resources Electronics Inc. 

Spartanburg, SC - May 23, 2005   Two industry veterans, Steven K. Richey and Andrew F. Staniak,  have joined forces and formed a new company, 4Cable TV, Inc.  Steven K. Richey will be  the President and CEO of the newly formed company and Andrew F. Staniak will be Vice President and CTO.  4Cable TV will develop and manufacture drop in replacement amplifiers, and related products to facilitate bandwidth upgrades of legacy plants.  Between the two founders they have 82 years of combined CATV experiences in product engineering, plant engineering, system construction, finance, system maintenance and operation.

To further the companies plans, it has today reached an agreement with Resources Electronics to purchase all of the remaining assets of Resources Electronics including its customer list,  and all of its existing and under development products.  Resources has produced over 3,000 legacy products for the CATV industry!  4Cable TV plans to produce those products that it deems economically acceptable.

Brian Mills, the founder of Resources Electronics will remain an advisor to 4Cable TV and contribute  his 38 years of experience.   Brian Mills will be the exclusive agent for all of 4Cable TV’s products in Canada.
